Fola – 2am In Toronto Ft. Davido

FOLA teams up with Davido on “2am in toronto,” a highly anticipated collaboration from his forthcoming sophomore album, 9.

The song is the third track on the 14-song project, which is scheduled for release on October 9, 2026, through Dangbana Republik and EMPIRE. The collaboration brings together FOLA’s soulful, melodic approach and Davido’s established Afrobeats presence for a notable meeting of two generations of Nigerian artistry.

“2am in toronto” follows “awade” and “how many?” on the 9 tracklist, giving listeners another preview of FOLA’s upcoming album.

The record marks Davido’s appearance on the project, while other featured artists include Ayra Starr, BNXN, Darkoo, Bella Shmurda and Zlatan. FOLA has described 9 as a body of work shaped by genuine experiences, with attention given to every detail of the project.

Following his debut album, Catharsis, FOLA continues to build momentum with “2am in toronto” as he prepares to unveil 9. The collaboration with Davido adds further anticipation around the sophomore project and gives fans an early taste of what to expect from FOLA’s next musical chapter.
