Blxckie Ft L.A.X – lonely

South African rapper Blxckie joins forces with Nigerian singer L.A.X on lonely, a single released on September 25, 2026, ahead of Blxckie’s album YENA. The collaboration connects artists from South Africa and Nigeria on a release credited to Somnyama Music Entertainment and EMPIRE.

The title lonely points towards solitude and the experience of missing companionship. It can describe being physically alone, feeling distant from someone important or discovering that being surrounded by people does not always remove that feeling. This is a reading of the title, not a claim about the song’s exact lyrics. The idea is relatable because loneliness can affect people even when they appear fine to everyone else.

The record is also included on YENA as the tenth track in the album’s 15-song sequence. L.A.X is a Nigerian singer whose appearance connects the release with listeners across both countries. The single has a reported duration of two minutes and 44 seconds, and its release precedes the album’s scheduled arrival on October 30, 2026.

Anyone who has dealt with distance, missing someone or trying to understand their own feelings may find the title familiar. The cross-border collaboration also gives followers of both artists a shared release to explore as Blxckie prepares the full album.
