Blxckie – mr party

South African rapper Blxckie is preparing another chapter in his catalogue with mr party, a track featured on his upcoming album YENA. The 15-track project is scheduled for October 30, 2026, under Somnyama Music Entertainment and EMPIRE.

The title mr party brings to mind someone associated with celebrations, nightlife and being at the centre of a social gathering. It could point towards a character who enjoys attention or simply a setting where people come together to have a good time. That is a reading of the title, not a claim about the track’s lyrics or actual sound. Blxckie’s place in South African hip-hop gives the release context for listeners following his work.

The song appears third on the published tracklist for YENA, following “mama, it’s all good” and “take me back”. The album also includes collaborations with A-Reece, Bas, L.A.X, KindlyNxsh and Usimamane, placing solo material alongside several guest appearances.

For anyone who enjoys exploring South African rap and keeping up with new album releases, this track is one to look out for as the project arrives. Its title may particularly catch the attention of listeners drawn to songs about nightlife, social life and the personalities who make a gathering memorable.
